GH: Do people still think Maxie is in love with Spinelli now?

She tells Spinelli she loves him. She emotionally balckmails the guy by telling him that if he doesn't go back to Port Charles with her she will end up hooking up with Johnny, and for the second time she almost does hook up with Johnny anyway. Is this the actions of a girl in love with someone? I am confused. She should be happy Spinelli came back to be with her, but instead she is Johnny in the back of a limo. I think despite the fact that she told Spinelli she loved him, she really isn't in love with him in the romantic sense. I have never really believed that and now I definitely don't.
