Okay, I just realized my theme might destroy my reader. Help!?

If authors had to put warning on their fiction for making people think, then it would be WWII book-burning all over again. Just sounds like your particular piece is just another book that will make people think, so don't bother putting a warning on it. If it gets too complicated for them, they can put it down and find something fluffy to read.
