Car Insurance on a 2007 Dodge Charger SXT?

it cost a friend of mine an extra 90 bucks a month for their son to be added to their policy and they own a charger,and he,s added on as a part time driver,it may be different where your at but here in the states its real high when you mention a charger and a 17 year old driver,because they know your going to be driving it more than the allowed time on it,and the charge for that,good luck
