Black beans & shrimp fajita?

on my honeymoon, we stopped at the broadneck bar & grille near annapolis, md. we had black beans & shrimp fajitas. everything was separate & you put everything together. it was delicious. that the 1st & only time i've had that. does anyone have a good recipe for this? It will probably be a long time if ever that i get back there.
