Is it possible to get a scholarship for BFA in Painting via online?

i'm a self taught painter and i live in SE Asia and i'd like to study fine arts in a good art school but then i lack the financial requirements.and is there any online painting contest for students, or any contest which doesn't require a high entrance fee? please post websites. thanks.
