How to get from QC to Enchanted Kingdom?

I have tickets to Enchanted Kingdom in Sta Rosa, Laguna tomorrow, but their shuttle from Ayala is not available for me. How can I commute from QC? What bus lines, etc will get me there? How long will the trip take? What will it cost?
