Halo reach questions...?

ok, i have halo 3 and i did get all the achievements but my account got hacked then deleted... i just started a new account and i have some of the achievements.. i did play the beta on this account a while back but i still had my other account as well... anyways are there going to be special armors for people who had all the achievements in halo 3 and in reach firefight will u automatically have all the skulls unlocked or will you only have the skulls that you got in halo 3.. i have like 2 on m new account... thanks for the help.. lol
