Zippo won't spark.....?

Just got it. It would spark before I tried all of this. Before putting fluid in I accidentally pulled the screw out then realized that's not how to refuel it. I put the screw in. So then I figured out you lift the felt pad so I filled it up. Now it won't even make a spark. Anyone help?
