Would an ultrasound alliance xray?

What do you mean by "Alliance" ? There's no "ultrasound xray"...one or the other. If it is an ultrasound that you are talking about then the adrenal glands would be imaged during an abdominal ultrasound and the ovaries would be imaged with a pelvic ultrasound. Different tests with different patient prep. An xray would not show either organ.
