Will people with congenital gia (the inability to feel physical pain) in hell feel nothing?

Their mortal life is frustrating enough. Those babies chew on their fingers until they bleed and don't even know it. They have to watch every move they make their whole lives because there's always the possibility that they seriously injure themselves and aren't aware of it.
