Mp3 download legality questions?

No it still isn't legal to download songs off P2P servers. That's a good reason not to use iTunes in my opinion though, they try to make their service incompatible with other formats. If you legally buy it you shouldn't have any problem making it an MP3 if they really wanted to get more people to buy their music.
