Do you think the media is starting to exaggerate way too much?

I mean, it (America) is really scaring the world and it's own people with the Iran thing and a few months back, according to American media, tension between South and North Korea reached level 2 or 3 which is close to war. Well, I work in Seoul and during that time I was at the DMZ and everybody was just relaxed and normal. I mean, there was no fuss between anybody and South Korea didn't setup some special force to stand ready for an attack. Doesn't the media realise that even if news is the way it should be, we'll still keep watching T.V. and buying the newspapers because some of us just love keeping up to date with the latest thigs, including science, cultures, cartoons, sports, music, crosswords, currents events and current future ideas?
