9 wks pregnant, threatened miscarriage and cervix slightly open but?

i started bleeding last nyt, hardly nothing though, this morning was more and by 10 it was really red and alot when i wiped but nothing actually like gushing or dripping out, few little blood clots but nothing drastic, gynecologist said my cervix is only slightly open so there's a slim chance my baby is still with me, what do u think? im very nervous as i had a complete miscarriage 8 mnths ago whilst i was only 4 weeks along, any help? xx ps cant have scan till monday xx
