What should I do as a friend?

A friend of mine broke up with her boyfriend. So now she wants to have a fling with this guy she saw on the street to get over her ex even willing to lose "it" to him. On the other hand, I think she deserves much better than to lose it to a stranger who is only using her. I just think losing your versionaty to someone like that is gross and just because she is broken doesn't mean to give yourself away. im afraid if i tak to her about it that shee will misunderstand me or think that im being over-protective.what do you think? and what should I do?
