Looking for some Business advice?

Ok so I am a stay at home mum and started a little business which is doing great due to the high demand. I am however not trained at all in business which doesn't affect my business at all but I would like to expand in the near future and was wondering if there are any female mentoring projects/groups that you know of on the net that I can read or join. Also does most top businesswomen/men have their own mentors or have I watched too much tv? Thanks for any helpful advice.
